The customer in West End rang us with a chilling scenario - she had only just popped outside the house to retrieve an item and the front door had closed after her. And yet, what makes this a whole lot worse was she announced "Please help! I do not have my keys and my baby is in the house." Of course we shot over there and fortuitously traffic was light. We were able to turn up within a few minutes and had the house unlocked instantly. What we did find out afterwards was that she called her little puppy "my baby".

"I got the little ones around for the week end We made the decision to go off for just a walk by the seashore. A pleasurable morning was had by all and we drove off home and as soon as we got to the home doorstep I realised that I didn't have the house keys. I knew I lost the keys on the beachfront, with your good fast support you got us into my residence in no time" was the message coming from this customer.
